This addition enables users to identify the way a Customer originally heard about your company. If provided, this information will carry to any Sub-Customers and will default as the Call Lead Source on Work Orders.
However, users with FieldEdge Phone Integration will notice that Work Orders inherit the Call Lead Source from the call, and not the Customer Acquired field.
Call Lead Source fields may still be manually adjusted.
