QuickBooks already has a payment on the invoice on the QuickBooks side. FieldEdge is trying to submit another payment to an invoice that has already been paid in full. Thus the "payment cannot be more than the amount on the invoice" is thrown.
Check QuickBooks to see if there is already a payment applied there. The AR Balance from QB will report the correct balance for the customer whether or not the invoice was paid in FieldEdge.
